Agent settings
Agent installation key
The Agent Installation Key will be required to establish connection between the product and the server during agent installation. This value will need to be entered in the DataSecurity Plus Agent Installation Wizard when prompted during manual agent installation.
If the agent installation key needs to be regenerated, ensure the following:
- The agent installation key should not be updated during agent installation.
- In case the agent installation key is updated during the installation process, uninstall the existing agent and reinstall it with the new agent installation key.
- When manually installing the agent, the agent installation key should be entered in the corresponding field in the DataSecurity Plus Agent Installation wizard.
