  • Applications Manager now offers real user monitoring to help organizations monitor and track real-user transactions in web applications and websites.
  • Applications Manager offers enhanced support for cloud apps to enable organizations to monitor every key component of their cloud applications.
  • OpManager now supports site-to-site VPN monitoring, which enables organizations to monitor private traffic moving across all branches of their organization.

Identity and access management

  • ADSelfService Plus now offers MFA for Outlook on the Web (OWA) and Exchange admin center (EAC) logins to add an extra layer of security to Exchange environments.
  • AD360 has enabled two-factor authentication for all users.
  • PAM360’s enhanced password policy introduces additional features that help administrators configure highly secure password policies.

Security information and event management

  • Log360 now supports a distributed deployment method for its log management component, EventLog Analyzer.
  • Log360 now offers preconfigured correlation rules for catching and mitigating pandemic-themed ransomware attacks.
  • To provide better security context and decrease false positives, Log360 has introduced dynamic peer grouping in its UEBA component.

Unified endpoint management and security

  • To combat evolving cyberthreats, Desktop Central has added endpoint data loss prevention, anti-ransomware, and endpoint compliance features.
