Monitor users' logons to Exchange mailboxes

Detailed reports on users’ Exchange mailbox logons are vital for passing IT compliance audits. These Exchange login log reports are also immensely helpful if you have to investigate a security incident in your Exchange environment. Further, Exchange login history reports offer insights into users’ logon patterns, peak logon times, and the servers that handle the most loads. Using the Exchange logon information, you can optimize your Exchange infrastructure to prevent logon delays and performance issues.

Auditing and reporting on user and Exchange mailbox logins that happen through Outlook or its browser equivalent, Outlook Web Access (OWA), is complex and tedious. Exchange's administrative and management consoles can't help you fetch Exchange login history, and PowerShell scripting only makes pulling this information even more complex and strenuous.

Report on and audit Exchange Online using Exchange Reporter Plus.
