Skype for Business allows users to place PSTN calls. This report provides the number of PSTN calls placed and received by users in any given month, and the duration of these calls in minutes.

Skype messages by user report:

You can use Skype for Business instant messaging to quickly exchange information. This report gives the total number of messages sent and received by users in any given month.

Skype file transfer by user:

Skype for Business allows users to exchange files quickly without confusion. This report gives the total number of files sent and received by users for any month.

Skype last logon report:

Gives the last logon times of all users every month. It helps you determine when the last time Skype for Business was accessed by any user. If the user has not logged in for what you consider to be a long time, that user can be considered inactive.

Skype last activity report:

Gives the time the last activity was performed by any user each month. This helps you determine when a user was active last. Inactive users can be stripped of subscriptions.

The reports can be generated at any time and exported to PDF, HTML, CSV, or XLS formats. They can also be scheduled to be generated at designated intervals and emailed to you, so you can keep an eye on user activities.
