ManageEngine VQManager is a web-based, real-time VoIP Quality Monitoring Tool which can monitor any device or user-agent that supports SIP(RFC 3261) and RTP/RTCP(RFC 3550). It enables IT administrators to monitor their VoIP network for QoS parameters, call traffic, bandwidth utilization, active calls and failed calls. VQManager aids troubleshooting VoIP calls for failures and quality deterioration. For faults identified, alarms are generated by the system to notify administrators who can then drill-down on the alarms to isolate the root cause. With over 25 built-in reports, VQManager gives network administrators comprehensive insight about bandwidth usage trends, traffic patterns over time, Call Details reports etc.
